Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@click-blocks.com.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped. Our fulfilment partners may process and dispatch orders outside of customer service hours. If your order has already been shipped at the time your request is reviewed, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with the returns process below.


UK & EU Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Rights)

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at info@click-blocks.com within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

-Unused

-In original condition

-In original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

-Items must be unused and in the same condition they were delivered

-Items must be in their original packaging

-Proof of purchase is required

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide the correct return instructions.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos or video evidence

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or full refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

2.Contact your credit card company — posting times can vary.

3.Contact your bank.
